THE DNA CAFE

This a game in full-on cartoon trickster mode.

It's conceived as a homage to the single and three panel cartoon where the 'set up' is  shown and the outcome happens outside the panel/gutter. 

One of the characters has an It to Bit  machine (a wildly articulated deckchair). Not only can this machine mess with the food served at the cafe but it is also capable of generating other things which can invade the space. These can be things with apparently more dimensions than the world they're introduced into (perhaps that's what's happening in our world?).

My theory is that the drawings made by toddlers and small children show the bit gradually transforming into the it. We are data. The Cosmos is holographic.

So, meld your wicked mind and your unhinged imagination with Chef Wittturner and their It to Bit Calculating Deckchair, and the Maitre 'd,  the leery, bleary Exsanguinated Restoration Lamb (all bloodied neck, disheveled wig  and  basalt hooves). 

The cafe's cooking process engineers the base food's gene sequence into those of the creature or person you want to eat.

 Eat yourself, eat the Notorious, dine unwisely.  Stare into the Garden in the Oven (every garden is an oven!).

Some diners take home doggy bags and  bring about the complete destruction of forensic science. 

Some diners' bodies begin to change.

The DNA Cafe is a wonkily amoral world of weird, outrageous and addictive dining.

Come and play. Fetch your own menu. Design the cafe. Eat your enemies and your friends. Bon appetite.
